2026 Corporate Finance Internship

GP Investments is seeking a Corporate Finance Intern for its São Paulo office. The intern will work with several team members in a collaborative and dynamic environment, gaining exposure to multiple corporate functions (Treasury, FP&A, Investors Relations, Accounting, etc) and learning different research techniques and data analysis tools, which are expected to be applied opportunities in a variety of markets and asset classes.

The intern’s main responsibilities will include:

• Taking part in monthly P&L and cash flow analysis activities and assisting in the forecasting process.
• Supporting the analysis of proprietary investments, helping conduct industry and company research, as well as prepare reports.
• Assisting with daily cash management, trade executions, settlements and reconciliation of accounts.
• Manage documentation for international banking relationships, including new account openings and ongoing compliance forms, while supporting regulatory and KYC obligations for onshore and offshore funds.
• Participating in the optimization of financial processes and systems.

• Expected graduation no earlier than December 2026.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively both independently and in small teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of financial modelling and presentation development.

• Desired Qualifications
• Previous experience in Corporate Finance, Real Estate, Private Equity or Equity Research is desirable.
