Planning & Investor Relations Intern

GP Investments seeks a Planning & Investor Relations intern for its São Paulo office. This professional will work with other team members in a collaborative and dynamic environment. In addition, they will gain exposure to multiple industries, research techniques, and data analysis tools.

• Supporting finance and investor relations teams during the quarterly earnings releases as well as on an ad hoc basis in dealing with investors
• Assisting in the preparation of reports for private equity funds’ investors and public reports for GP and G2D Investments shareholders
• Performing the P&L forecasting process, focusing on expense projections and associated sensitivities
• Performing special projects and ad-hoc business case and market research analyses determined by the needs of senior management
• Assisting with regulatory obligations with CVM, Luxembourg, and Bermuda Stock Exchange

• Expected graduation: 2025-2026
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Basic knowledge of Accounting and Corporate Finance
• Strong analytical and communication skills
